The area measures around 8.9m x 4.9m and is situated adjacent to the main kitchen with access to the main hall through double doors that can be closed. This space is perfect for clubs or societies requiring plenty of natural light, and is available for rent at a rate of £8 per hour.

An outdoor play area includes a climbing frame, swings, slide, and seesaw. Basketball, football, and rounders can be enjoyed on the grass, while tennis can be played on the tennis courts.

Adjacent to the hall is a spacious carpark, with extra parking close to the kitchen for loading/unloading, and designated spaces for disabled parking.

The roomy kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridgefreezer, two dishwashers, sink, and hot water boiler for you or your catering team.

Inclusions:

The price includes a fully stocked and staffed bar, tables, chairs, crockery, and glassware (wine, champagne, and water glasses). Bringing personal alcohol while using the bar service will forfeit the £300 surcharge refund.

Caterers have access to the kitchen facilities, and exclusive use of the outdoor space is part of the package. The hall can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated wedding breakfast and up to 140 for an evening reception.

Charges:

Wedding receptions are priced at a fixed rate of £800, allowing access to the hall from 3pm on Friday until 3pm on Sunday, with mid-week receptions also possible.

A £400 deposit is required upon booking, which will be deducted from the final invoice.

One month before the wedding, the remaining hire charge balance of £400 is due, along with an additional £300 surcharge, refundable after the event if no external alcohol is brought in.
